Organic Olive Oil

Grown in the endless Lebanese sun on land farmed by monks since the 8th century, Qadisha Valley organic olive oil is made from a blend of Tyr and Ayrouni olives.

Each Olive is hand selected in an early harvest to produce an oil considered to be perfectly fruity and peppery by the monks of the Hamatoura Monastery.

The oil is available in dark glass bottles, in 250ml (perfect for picnics!) and 500ml sizes. Each bottle comes with its own additional pouring spout.

It is always fun to experiment when using olive oil on different foods. Many people have commented that Qadisha Valley Olive Oil goes extremely well with certain foods. For example, it is excellent with cheese, particularly salty cheeses, such as Stilton. (The oil softens and sweetens the “saltiness”). The same applies to fish. Other suggestions are to try pouring the Qadisha Valley oil on a hot beef casserole for example. The resulting aromas and flavours are incredible!
